Pokerfa Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

1Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use Pokerfa's services. These terms are in place to protect both players and the platform.

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Pokerfa reserves the right to verify age.
• Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts are detected on the same device, IP address, or payment method, all accounts will be closed.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing it with others or allowing third parties to access your account is strictly prohibited.
• Citizens of countries where Pokerfa's services are prohibited are not permitted to open an account.

2Deposits & Withdrawals

Pokerfa supports easy deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services — Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 3–24 business hours. pokerfa is not responsible for delays on the banking side.
• Account verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. The deposited amount must be wagered at least once.
• Pokerfa complies with anti-money laundering laws. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
• Daily withdrawal limits apply. Higher limits are available for VIP members.

3Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Pokerfa offers a range of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and more. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before use.

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only. Each person may claim the welcome bonus once.
• Bonus wagering requirements are generally 25x to 40x — meaning you must wager 25–40 times the bonus amount before withdrawing.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to bet on all games. Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering or may contribute at a reduced percentage.
• If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is still active, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Pokerfa reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

4Betting Rules

Certain general and category-specific rules apply to all sections on Pokerfa — Sports Betting, casino games, and Live Casino.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed — unless the Cash Out feature is available.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, pokerfa reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, stakes are generally refunded, though specific conditions may apply.
• In live betting, any bets placed after an event has concluded will be automatically voided due to network latency.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and event. Pokerfa reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time.
• The game's RNG system is regularly audited by an independent third party. Results cannot be altered under any circumstances.

5Prohibited Activities

Pokerfa is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in firm action if proven.

• Placing bets using software bots, automated scripts, or any artificial tools.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Harassing other players or using abusive language.
• Accessing the service from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.

6Responsible Gaming

• Any player can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Pokerfa reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).

You may request to close your account at any time. Any eligible balance remaining in a closed account will be refunded.

9Service Changes & Availability

Pokerfa reserves the right to modify any part of its services, offers, or platform at any time.

• Services may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or upgrades.
• Any game may be removed from the list at the game provider's discretion.
• For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email address.
• Changes to the Terms & Conditions take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

Any dispute between Pokerfa and a player will first be addressed through an amicable resolution process.

• Please submit your complaint first by emailing support@pokerfa.net.
• Pokerfa will respond within 5 business days.
• If unresolved, the matter will be referred to Curacao eGaming's dispute resolution process.
• These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curacao.
